Everything was great, sole purpose was only to Lay our head somewhere, major of the day was spent at the casino.So the stay wasn’t even 24 hours. Loved the location, and the whole look and feel of the Hotel. Was very clean and well maintained.

My room was not cleaned properly. The sheets on the bed were not clean and fresh. The trash bins in both the bathroom and kitchen area still had trash in them from the previous stay/guest. The kitchen area sink was leaking water. I paid $176 for a room that was worth way less. I am not pleased. I have pictures for evidence!

I did not stay at this location . I went by to check out the room and under booking.com you guys have the room type different so I canceled my stay . You guys need to check the pictures and your room type and correct it immediately.

Even with me giving the staff a one, the young lady at the desk was phenomenal. Whomever in management thought it was ok to leave her alone as untrained as she was, truly crippled her learning curve. This young lady had to text whomever throughout
